MEMBERSHIP :

To become a member, you will need to sign up to bali4holiday.com Reservation Management System / Member Management System, this will enable you to use any services and products offered by bali4holiday.com. Bali4holiday.com is a company that provides, operates and is responsible for the Reservation Management System.

A personal account is provided for every member , called (log in name and password). Please note that both log in name and password are confidential and lower case .

 

Incentive:

Every member can access their membership records and rewards by logging in at "My Account" area.

 

Benefits:

Members are offered products and services in access to the database provided by Bali4holiday.com. An email will be sent to Members with the information.

Whenever Members use their membership, bali4holiday.com staff are able to recognise and give their full support.

Members will also receive Complimentary Special Offers.

Members will be able to take advantage of the Super Saver Rates and a Members Bonus System (any purchase of US$500 members will save US$5 as a loyalty bonus system) This bonus can be accumulated and used for the next booking through Bali4hoilday.com.

 

RESERVATION :

All reservations will be processed after we receive the completed reservation form. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Bali4holiday.com reservation staff within 2 x 24 hours in maximum. A confirmation number/Hotel voucher will be issued to verify the receipt/confirming the Reservation.

If the reservation cannot be confirmed due to availability, bali4holiday.com reservation staff will inform the guest and will assist by suggested other options.

Bali4holiday.com provides various ways in making your reservation user friendly and safe , allowing you to have a preference according to your own circumstances either by booking online, phone booking (to our fixed line in office hours or 24 hours customer support number) or SMS (short message) Booking .... in a manner that is safe and reliable.

Upon check in guests are kindly asked to present their hotel voucher, valid ID, credit card and/or any other necessary documents that are required for the purpose of confirming guest identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the Hotel.

 

Rates :

Rates indicated at bali4holiday.com are for single or double occupancy inclusive of breakfast for a maximum of 2 adults and 21% tax and service charge (base on the hotels as shown on the web site).

Maximum of 1 extra bed is allowed in the room. A maximum of 2 children under the age of 12 years, sharing the same room with parent are allowed with an Extra Bed, surcharge will apply.

Compulsory surcharge will apply during high/peak season.

Any group rates (Ad-hoc, series, incentive, convention, exhibition, and meeting) are available upon request and are subject to specific requirements.

 

Check in/out time & Day use policy :

Check in Time is 02.00 pm.

Check out Time is 12.00 noon.

Day Use is up to 06.00 pm, a 50% fee of the standard rate will apply and is subject to availability. If room is held after 06.00 pm, the standard rate will apply.

 

TERM OF PAYMENT :

Partial or full prepayment may be required for some reservations.

  • Credit cards honored: Master Card and Visa Card. An additional 3% bank fee will apply to all credit card processing. Rates will be charged equivalent to the publish US $ rate in the local currency at the exchange rate of the day your credit card is processed.
     
  • Payment by Bank transfer will be acceptable. On customers notification our banking details will be forwarded by email .

 

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

 

  1. During low season, one night service and processing fee equivalent to the reserved room rate will apply if the cancellation notice is received after the booking is completed and credit card authorization has been confirmed within 7 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made with the agent or the hotel.
     
  2. During high season, if cancelling 30 days prior to the arrival date a one night room rate cancellation fee from total room will apply. If cancelling 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply. If cancelling 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made with the agent or the hotel.
     
  3. During peak season, if cancelling 45 days prior to the arrival date a one night room rate cancellation fee from total room will apply. If canceling 29 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply, if cancelling 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made with the agent or the hotel.
